Visualize Teaching<\/em> is a 4-year research design and development project funded by National Science Foundation (grant #1907561) with two goals:<\/p>\n\n\n\n 1. Design a professional development program with <\/p>\n\n\n\n 2. Investigate how these learning opportunities support teachers in integrating new teaching practices that result in <\/p>\n\n\n\n To design the PD, we use a co-design approach, collaborating with experienced coaches to help ensure the program will work with real coaches, teachers, and students. <\/p>\n\n\n\n For research, we use both quantitative and qualitative methods to study effectiveness of our program.
